PURPOSE:
The contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let GSA Contract No. GS-35F-06174 (SIN132-51) to provide professional services for the implementation of an Oracle HCM Cloud system to replace the current PeopleSoft HCM on-premise system. The primary objective for implementing this product is to improve the County’s ability to provide timely and accurate human resource support using improved processes and optimizing the use of technology.

Recommend approval to purchase from GS-35F-06174 (SIN132-51) with:
Deloitte Consulting, LLP, 191 Peachtree NE, Suite 2000, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not To Exceed: $7,645,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
