PURPOSE:
The contract consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) No. 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0003 to provide professional services for the implementation of the SIEMS (Insight IDR) to provide professional services that will deliver forensic log data. As the COVID-19 pandemic has magnified cybersecurity challenges, the primary objective for implementing this solution is to expedite along the investigation and remediation process when an incident occurs.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval to piggyback from SWC No. 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0003 with:
SHI International, 290 Davidson Avenue, Somerset, NJ 08873
Amount Not To Exceed: $150,670.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
