PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on December 13, 2016 to six (6) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $18,000,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to Contract Nos. 1043455 and 1043468 in a total amount not to exceed $4,900,000.00. These contracts consist of various construction management services inclusive of pre-construction services, construction inspections, and other related services. This request is to increase funding for four (4) of the six (6) awarded vendors. The additional funding will allow for the continued completion of previously assigned work as well as allow for assistance in completing upcoming capital improvement and consent decree projects. This request will also ensure there is sufficient funding in place so there is no lapse in service until new contracts are procured and awarded in 2021.
