PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 120B in Land Lot 010 of the 18th District for the following street: ROCKBRIDGE ROAD, OLD ROCKBRIDGE ROAD, AVON DRIVE, WILLIS TRAIL, GROVE MILL LANE, STRATFORD STREET, BRIDGEWAY PARK, THIRD AVENUE; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary document pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. The developers paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs for the street lights required for the new development.
FISCAL IMPACT:
All abutting property on this street will be assessed three dollars and two cents ($3.02) per lighted street side foot per year in accordance with County policy.
