PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 10, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $2,871,557.97. This contract consists of the rehabilitation and reconstruction of the Glen Emerald Lake Dam to correct major stability deficiencies which is currently classified as a Category I Dam due to the potential flooding should failure occur. This request is to clarify that Line Items 53, 54 and 55 as indicated on the Bid Tab, should be Line Items 54,55 and 56 as the Cost Schedule provided and submitted with the bid did not have a Line Item 53. In addition, this request is to authorize and provide for funding for additional Line Items that were not awarded originally awarded pending award from the Georgia Environmental Finance Authority, subsequently approved January 25, 2021. Approval of the authorization to execute the loan is before the board under a companion Agenda Item.
