PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $100,000.00.  On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $113,200.00.  On January 28, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $452,985.17.  This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
