PURPOSE:
To accept $50,000 Park Pride Atlanta Community Building Grant for Little Creek Horse Farm Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
The grant will be used for capital improvements at Little Creek Horse Farm Park to include a new visitor and volunteer center, ADA overlook, and directional signage. Total project is $100,000:
Park Pride Grant $50,000
Little Creek Farm Conservancy $50,000
FISCAL IMPACT:
No fiscal impact to 2021 budget.

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution to accept a $50,000 Park Pride Atlanta Community Building Grant for Little Creek Horse Farm Park and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents to complete the project.
