PURPOSE:
To consider accepting $21,800.00 into account 5460.522201.271 for repairs to the roadway lighting system at the I-285 at I-20 interchange.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Progressive Auto Insurance Company is reimbursing DeKalb County $21,800.00 for damages to roadway lighting associated with a vehicle crash at the I-285 at I-20 interchange. This payment will reimburse DeKalb County for funds already spent to make the repairs.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This payment will reimburse DeKalb County for maintenance funds spent to make the repairs.
