PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 10, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $759,566.08. This request is to authorize services until completion of the project and request additional funding to include a more modernized PAW installation version to prevent cyberattacks.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond WA, 98051
Amount Not To Exceed: 105,735.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
