PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $2,348,900.00. On April 23, 2019, the BOC approved the first renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved the second renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00. These contracts consist of providing vegetation clearing, tree, stump and debris removal along the County's sanitary sewer system easements as part of the Consent Decree's Maintenance Management System (MMS). This request is to extend the contract term to December 31, 2021 to allow for re-solicitation and to increase the total amount not to exceed by $900,000.00.
