PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution creating Street Light Special Tax District 121AB in Land Lot 285 of the 18th District for the following streets: Chamblee Tucker Road; and
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to this project.
NEED/IMPACT:
Owners of 100% percent of the total front footage have signed the petition. The public hearing has been advertised and appropriate signs have been posted in the area notifying the residents. This street lighting is related to a new development and required as part of the streetscape elements in the permitting process.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The developer has paid Georgia Power Company for the installation costs. All abutting property on this street will be assessed two dollars and ninety-three cents ($2.93) per lighted streetside foot per year in accordance with County policy.

Adopt the attached resolution to create Street Light Special Tax District 121AB in Land Lot 285 of the 18th District for Chamblee Tucker Road; and Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents pertaining to the project.
