These contracts consist of the maintenance of storm water system infrastructure and video services to maintain water flow and record the pipe condition in storm drains. Awarded to A&S Paving, Inc. and Kemi Construction Company, Inc. Total Amount Not To Exceed $1,475,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 28, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $5,515,942.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2020. On June 23, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract terms to December 31, 2020. On December 8, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to extend the contract terms to June 30, 2021. This request is to add additional funding and extend the contract terms to December 31, 2021, to allow continued services on the backlog of Public Works Stormwater Improvement Projects as the solicitation process is completed and a new contract(s) is awarded.
