Appropriate a total of $100,000.00 from the Reserve for Appropriation Accounts of Districts 1 and 7 ($50,000.00 from each account) to the City of Tucker and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between DeKalb County and the City of Tucker to provide funding for intersection improvements at Hugh Howell Road and Flintstone Drive that will improve roadway and traffic safety and efficiency for the citizens of DeKalb County.

PURPOSE:
To approve the appropriation of District 1 and District 7 reserves, in the total amount of $100,000.00, to the City of Tucker and authorize the Chief Executive Officer or his designee to execute an Intergovernmental Agreement between DeKalb County and the City of Tucker to provide funding for intersection improvements at Hugh Howell Road and Flintstone Drive that will improve roadway and traffic safety and efficiency for the citizens of DeKalb County.
