PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 23, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00. On August 25, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $8,000,000.00. On May 11, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00 to cover installation operations until the upcoming renewal period. This contract consists of the purchase of water meters and parts for the exchange/upgrade program and new installations. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
