PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 25, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $1,180,000.00. On September 24, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $1,180,000.00. On September 22, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $525,000.00. This request is to extend the contract term to March 31, 2022 to be able to address emergencies and provide routine maintenance and repair to traffic signals until a new contract is awarded.
