PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 9, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $400,000.00. Consists of providing managed network services and maintenance support services for the enterprise local and wide area County voice and data network. A discrepancy between the contract and the agenda item was discovered when the contract was routed for signatures. Agenda Item 2021-2086 was awarded as an Annual Contract with 4 Options to renew with an expiration date of December 31, 2022. The contract was executed as a single term contract expiring in 150 days from the vendor’s receipt of the Notice to Proceed. This request is to amend the contract to bring it in compliance with the award under Agenda Item 2021-2086 and correct the expiration date of the initial term to March 31, 2022. Additionally, funding is requested funding for the expansion of existing security related professional services primarily due to the pandemic.

Amount Not To Exceed: $619,754.01
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the amendment and all associated documents.
