PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 14, 2014 for an estimated revenue of $300,000.00. On October 8, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 extending the contract term for two (2) months to December 31, 2019 at no cost to the county. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $1,560,000.00 and extending the contract for two (2) years with an additional one (1) option to renew effective January 1, 2020. This request is to exercise the first and final option to renew.
