PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on February 25, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $1,736,448.00. On March 26, 2019, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $315,630.00. On December 19, 2019, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 2 for an amount not to exceed $420,840.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC awarded Change Order No. 3 for an amount not to exceed $420,840.00. This request is to extend the existing lease arrangements on a month-to-month basis through December 31, 2022 to complete moving all of our Oracle financials and supporting systems of the migration to the Oracle Cloud Services environment to eliminate the need to replace the existing IBM Pureflex AIX based system.
