PURPOSE:
Consists of renovating existing bunkers with an estimated 32,450 square feet area of the golf club property. Renovations include removal and replacement of existing sand, gravel and drainage tile, installation of spray-on liners; minor shaping to the edges, faces, and bottoms; flushing or installation of new drainage for proper drainage outfalls; using the golf industry’s Better Billy Bunker method. One (1) bid was received.
