PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 4, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On November 12, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. On November 17, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for an amount not to exceed $200,000.00. This contract consists of providing quality mechanical engineering and energy engineering design support, assessments, and consultations. This request is to extend the contract term for one (1) year to continue services until a new contract is executed.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term through December 31, 2022 with:
Johnson, Spellman & Associates, Inc., 350 Research Court - Suite 130, Peachtree Corners, GA 30091
Amount Not To Exceed: $200,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
