PURPOSE:
To provide funding from District 2 Office Budget in the amount of $11,588 to RPCA for the Briarlake Forest Park House Conversion Wingwall Change Order.
NEED/IMPACT:
Demolition has started on the Park Pavilion and RPCA discovered several issues that require a change order to complete the project. Given the issues discovered, RPCA recommends demolition of the wingwalls as they are unable to safely remove the interior walls from the wingwalls since they are unstable, and it will create an unsafe working environment due to its height. The total amount is $11,587.50.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Board of Commissioners (District 2) - General Fund - Transfer to CIP Fund (00202.611350.100.0000.0000) - $11,588
Decrease appropriations for the following accounts by the amounts indicated below:
Board of Commissioners (District 2) - General Fund - Travel - Accommodations / Hotel (00202.100.523504.0000.0000) - $3,000
Board of Commissioners (District 2) - General Fund - Other Miscellaneous Charges (00202.100.523909.0000.0000) - $8,588
