PURPOSE:
To consider authorizing an intergovernmental agreement between the Dekalb Development Authority (“Decide DeKalb”) and the County for economic development services.
NEED/IMPACT:
The County and Decide DeKalb desire to enter into and intergovernmental agreement for Decide DeKalb to provide economic development services to the County.
FISCAL IMPACT:
$1,2000,000.00 annually.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To approve and authorize the chief executive officer to enter into the attached intergovernmental agreement and all other necessary documents with Decide DeKalb in substantially final form.
