Consists of providing on call engineering services that primarily includes engineering studies, design, land surveying, construction administration, and related services for water and wastewater projects under the Capital Improvement Program (CIP) and Consent Decree (CD). Total Amount Not to Exceed $48,000,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Consists of providing on call engineering services. The scope of services will be in furtherance of the following phases: Project Management; Concept Study and Report (30% construction plans); Survey/Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE); Geotechnical Engineering; 60% Construction Documents; Final Design (100 % Construction Plans); Bidding and Negotiating; Construction Administration; Post Construction, Start-Up and System Performance Guarantee; and Additional Services as Requested. These contracts will provide on call and as needed engineering services to support the County’s Watershed Management Engineering staff. Twenty-One (21) proposals were received.
