PURPOSE:

Consists of providing on call engineering services. The scope of services will be in furtherance of the following phases: Project Management; Concept Study and Report (30% construction plans); Survey/Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE); Geotechnical Engineering; 60% Construction Documents; Final Design (100 % Construction Plans); Bidding and Negotiating; Construction Administration; Post Construction, Start-Up and System Performance Guarantee; and Additional Services as Requested. These contracts will provide on call and as needed engineering services to support the County’s Watershed Management Engineering staff. Twenty-One (21) proposals were received.
