PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 9, 2018, for an amount not to exceed $7,000,000.00. On March 10, 2020, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On April 4, 2021, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $6,800,000.00. Consists of the provision and management of two projects: Option A - upgrade and replacement of existing water meters and Option C - new water meter installations. This request is to exercise the 3rd renewal option.
