PURPOSE:
Awarded on November 8, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $35,000.00. This contract consists of providing water treatment, chemical treatment and technical services for County-owned HVAC equipment. This request is for additional sites that were not in the initial solicitation to include: Lou Walker Senior Center, 178 Sams Street Facility, Historical Court House, Bobby Burgess, Fire Rescue Headquarters and Police Headquarters. This request will also include the costs of chemical feed and control equipment for cooling tower systems which need replacement and to close additional loops.
