PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on April 27, 2021 for a total amount not to exceed $535,000.00. On October 26, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a total amount not to exceed $250,000.00 to complete upcoming projects at Oakcreek, Flat Shoals and Bouldercrest Parks, Porter Sanford and needed graffiti removal.  This request is to exercise the first renewal option.

Recommend approval to exercise the 1st renewal option through April 30, 2023 with:
