PURPOSE:
On June 14, 2016, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $212,887.93. On August 8, 2017, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $245,327.64. On June 26, 2018, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $236,050.24. On July 9, 2019, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $239,164.32. On June 23, 2020, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $259,001.53. On July 27, 2021, the BOC approved a Sole Source for an amount not to exceed $239,504.58. Consists of providing proprietary hardware and software maintenance and software licenses needed to support all County business units by logging archiving data storage and education hours.
