PURPOSE:
This contract consists of providing the ongoing maintenance and support services of the software that is necessary for the State Court’s daily operations. Additional funds are needed to continue the required support of the case management system through December 31, 2022.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Changer Order No. 1 with:
Pioneer Technology Group, LLC, 110 Central Park Dr. Ste, 100, Sanford, FL 32711
Amount Not To Exceed: $147,070.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Office to execute the change order and all associated documents.
