PURPOSE:

To consider approving one addition to the fleet for a District Attorney’s Investigations vehicle to be purchased from American Rescue Plan (ARP) grant funds; and

To authorize the CEO to execute all necessary documents.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Office of the District Attorney is seeking approval for the addition to the fleet of one law enforcement sedan. This vehicle will be purchased using American Rescue Plan grants funds, previously approved by the BOC on September 28, 2021, with the D.A’s vehicle approval included.

 

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

ARP grant funds will be utilized to purchase the grant, with no match required. No additional funds are being requested.

Recommended Action

Approve one addition to the fleet for a sedan for District Attorney’s Investigations vehicle to be purchased from ARP grant funds; and authorize the CEO to execute all necessary documents.
