PURPOSE:
On March 22, 2022 the BOC approved the purchase of three (3) 6 yard dump trucks for an amount not to exceed $376,998.12. Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract No. 99999-001-SPD00000155 to purchase two (2) additional 6 yard dump trucks in order to transport dirt and gravel throughout the County for repairs and installations. These are replacement units under the seven (7) year replacement schedule.

Recommend approval to purchase two (2) 6 yard dump trucks off the competitively let Statewide Contract No. 99999-001-SPD00000155 under the same price, terms and conditions as the units purchased and approved by the BOC on March 22, 2022 with:
Rush Truck Centers of Georgia, Inc., 2560 Moreland Ave., SE, Atlanta, GA 30315
Amount Not To Exceed: $251,332.08
