PURPOSE:
Approved by the BOC on August 25, 2020, for an amount not to exceed $3,074,888.00. Consists of the removal and replacement of existing runway materials including replacement of runway lighting and markings as required to enhance airport safety. Due to constraints of keeping our primary runway closed during phase 3 of the project, it was requested of contractor work 24-hour days to ensure the runway was only closed for the minimum possible time. This change order request is to ratify the remaining balance owed to the Contractor.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
1. Funding: Enterprise - Operating (Airport)
2. Justification: With the 24-hour workdays requested, it appears that the
additional remaining funds resulted in costing more than was initially anticipated.
