PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 27, 2018 for an amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On June 25, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $2,120,380.00. On June 9, 2020, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $798,600.00. On June 8, 2021, the BOC approved the 3rd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,341,835.00. This contract consists of providing technical, professional, and administrative staff to execute land and easement acquisition services and other related activities associated with land and easement acquisitions. This request, to increase the contract term to December 31, 2023, will allow for continued land and easement acquisitions in furtherance of capital improvement and Consent Decree related work. It will also provide the time to procure a new contract and for the transfer of services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommended approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC (fka Moreland Altobelli Associates, LLC), 2450 Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
