The board recommended the following: 1) Clarify the language about size maximum and minimum; and 2) Revise "whereas" clause regarding accessibility. CC-2: Approval 8-1-1. Approved without the age restriction. CC-3: Approval 10-0-0; CC-4: Approval 10-0-0; CC-5: Approval w/additional language 8-0-0. Approved w/addition of language that states, "Porch space does not count against minimum building footprint".
