Consists of providing panel vaults and traffic meter boxes to homes to protect electrical cables and other equipment. Two (2) bids were received.
This substitute is hereby submitted in order to document in the Additional Notes that R&D will be utilizing the contract for $33,000.00 of the awarded funding.
