PURPOSE:
The Clerk to Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the minutes of the Commission to reflect the appointment of Richard “Rich” Pasenow District 4 Community Council made by Commissioner Ted Terry.
NEED/IMPACT:
Rich Pasenow will be replacing Commissioner Terry’s current District 4 Community Council Appointment, Argarita Stewart, who has served on this Community Council for over a decade and has been invaluable.
Ms. Stewart is moving out of Georgia so has given notice to resign. Rich Pasenow brings a plethora of energy and “new” eyes and will be an asset to this Community Council. Commissioner Terry is fortunate that he has indicated his intent to serve in this capacity.

Recommended Action
Direct the Clerk to record in the minutes, the appointment of Richard “Rich” Pasenow, District 4 Community Council, to fulfill the term ending on December 31, 2024, replacing the current D4 Community Council member, Argarita Stewart, both appointed by District 6 Commissioner Ted Terry.
