PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to fill the vacancy of the district 5 seat on the DeKalb County Planning Commission and record the appointment of Jan Costello as the District 5 appointee to the DeKalb County Planning Commission
NEED/IMPACT:
The Clerk to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of Commissioners would like the Commission meeting minutes to reflect all appointments made by individual Commissioners

RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To direct the Clerk to record the appointment of Jan Costello as a member of the DeKalb County Planning Commission, District 5 Post, appointed by District 5 Commissioner, Mereda Davis Johnson, with a term beginning immediately and ending on December 31, 2024, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
