PURPOSE:

To set a public hearing for November 8, 2022, for consideration of approval of the DeKalb County Tax Allocation District #4: Market Square TAD Redevelopment, a precursor step to the creation of the Market Square TAD.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Approval of the DeKalb County Tax Allocation District #4: Market Square TAD Redevelopment Plan is a precursor step to the creation of the Market Square TAD. If not for the creation of Market Square TAD, funds would not be available for the infrastructure and connectivity improvements necessary to address concerns of area residents.
