PURPOSE:
The purpose of this agenda item is to allocate $10,000 of District 5 American Rescue Plan funds to cover pending payments from the District 5 COVID Public Awareness Campaign.

NEED/IMPACT:
In 2020, the Board of Commissioners previously approved item 2020-1245, which allocated funds from the District 5 CARES Act Reserve For Appropriation fund for an outreach campaign to encourage residents to get vaccinated. The current agenda item is to allocate $10,000 from the District 5 American Rescue Plan funds, representing a replacement of $10,000 previously allocated from District 5 CARES Act funds Reserve For Appropriation account to process pending payments from the District 5 COVID Public Awareness Campaign.
