To record the appointment of Wardell Castles to the DeKalb Animal Services Advisory Board for District 2.
NEED/IMPACT:
Wardell Castles currently serves on the DeKalb Animal Services Advisory Board. His term of service expired
December 31, 2022. The recording of this appointment by Commissioner Michelle Long Spears extends his
term of service on this board to end on December 31, 2025.
