PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 31, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $650,000.00. On March 9, 2021 the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $632,500.00. On March 22, 2022 the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $1,028,492.00. This contract consists of the purchase of granite rubble stone used to address erosion control issues. This request seeks to ratify a previously provided sixty (60) day contract term increase effective as of April 1, 2023 and increase the contract funds and term through March 31, 2024.
