PURPOSE:
This request seeks ratification of Purchase Order No. 5084954 for a fully integrated, multi-channel voter education and outreach campaign supporting the 2026 General Election Cycle (Purchasing Policy Exemption) for an amount not to exceed $363,756.03. This procurement is in response to the Board of Commissioners’ 2026 directive to provide an enhanced voter education and outreach campaign for the 2026 General Election cycle to enhance voter education and outreach campaign. This request seeks approval to ratify previously provided Purchase Order No. 5084954 for an amount not to exceed $363,756.03.
