PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 11, 2022, for an Amount Not to Exceed $25,662,587.60. Renewal 1 awarded by the BOC on December 10, 2024, to add 1 year of additional time. Renewal No. 2 awarded by the BOC on January 27, 2026, to increase the scope of work, funding Amount Not to Exceed $11,406,208, performance time by 365 days and to execute the second renewal option to increase contract term to December 31, 2026. Change Order No. 1 is being requested to extend the contract term at no additional cost to the County, to allow the Contractor to complete the Dunwoody Knolls Phase II Water Main Replacement Project. Time extension is necessary to continue the work currently in progress and ensure completion of the water main replacement improvements.
