PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 19, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $10,530,000.00. This contract consists of providing technical, professional, and administrative staff to execute land and easement acquisition services. Approval will help address the continuous need for easement research, acquisitions, negotiations, and condemnations for critical Consent Decree projects.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Renewal No. 1 with:
Atlas Technical Consultants, LLC, 2450 Commerce Avenue, Suite 100, Duluth, GA 30096
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the renewal and all associated documents.
