PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on October 12, 2021, to for an Amount Not to Exceed $8,953,950.00. On March 23, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase scope of work and contract funds for an Amount Not to Exceed $2,749,856. On June 24, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase contract funds for an Amount Not to Exceed $10,324,000.00. Change Order No. 3 is being requested to extend the contract term with no additional funding, to allow the Contractor to provide interim Construction Management Services for the following CIP Projects: inspections support for the DWM Operations Group, Scott Candler liquid to lime conversion, Snapfinger AWTP UV Disinfection, and Four Tank Paintings contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Tetra Tech, Inc 1899 Powers Ferry Road, Suite 400 Atlanta GA, 30339
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
