PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 25, 2022, to five (5) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $5,299,736.80. On December 13, 2022, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add SPLOST funding for an amount not exceed $586,000.00 for Fire Rescue to utilize Contract No. 1272818 for the design of Fire Station 27. On July 11, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add SPLOST funds for an amount not to exceed $531,994.00 for the design of Fire Station 16. On November 8, 2023, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to add DWM and increase contract funds for an amount not to exceed $265,700.00 for the design of the Roadhaven Master Plan (Phases 1A & 1B). On May 14, 2024, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 for an amount not to exceed $1,539,781.40 for A&E design services for the renovation of T.O. Vinson Health Center, E.L.
