PURPOSE:
Consists of purchasing from the competitively let SWC No. 99999-SPD-T20120501-0004 for the 3-year purchase of hardware support, one-time migration and conversion services for the County’s use of Avaya voice, messaging and contact center systems. These services are primarily utilized by DoIT, E911, Public Safety, and general County administrative offices. This purchase covers support at multiple County facilities across all commission districts. Failure to approve could results in the loss of vendor support, a risk of system outages, an inability to receive timely fixes or updates, and potential operational disruptions to essential communication services. NWN Carousel Industries of North America, LLC is an authorized reseller of these products and services.
