PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2023, for an amount not to exceed $22,525,310.00. On May 29, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the scope of work to include installation of measuring chambers. There was no change to the Contract value associated with Change Order No. 1. This contract consists of installation and purchase of water meters and parts. Seeking increase in term through December 31, 2027. The continued replacement and installation of water meters and parts is necessary due to ongoing projects and to maintain current vital services and to allow time for the ongoing solicitation effort to conclude. No additional funds are required for this term extension.
