PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 25, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $6,000,000.00. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2027. Due to the number of eligible foreclosures properties being limited approval of this request will allow the contractor additional time to acquire, rehabilitate and sell DeKalb residential properties .
