PURPOSE:
The County completed an operational and performance assessment of various County Departments. The Momentum Firm has been engaged to assist in strategically implementing the operational and performance assessment as well as the development of a countywide transformation strategy and road map. The Momentum Firm will continue this work with expanded implementation support and analytics work. The scope of services primarily includes, but is not limited to, assisting with: tracking and implementing assessment recommendations and additional studies prioritized by the County, cost savings and efficiency monitoring, department-level strategic plans, KPI and SLA development, enterprise data and dashboard development, data governance, and change management for major operational transitions. These services will also include quarterly updates to the Board of Commissioners’ committees of jurisdiction.
NEED/IMPACT:
These strategic planning and organizational development consulting services will allow The Momentum Firm to assist the County in sustaining the operational progress made to date and expanding it to additional
