PURPOSE:

Awarded May 9, 2024, for an amount not to exceed $46,325.00.  On May 13, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to add DEMA to the contract, extend the contract’s term through May 8, 2026, and increase funds for an amount not to exceed $71,000.00. On July 22, 2025, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add R&D to the contract and increase funds for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00. This contract consists of providing beverages for County Division employees working primarily outside throughout the summer season. This request seeks to add PS, and DWM to the contract, to increase the contract funds and term through May 8, 2027 for continued beverage supplies throughout the County.
